ENV 13350: Enterprise Model Execution and Integration Services (EMEIS), CEN TC 310/WG1, 1999

 This ENV sets out a description of functionalities required for model development and execution, building on a set of model-related shared services and in turn Base IT Services which are to be provided by other standards. It identifies 'those standards, services, protocols and interfaces which are necessary for the computer-based development and execution of enterprise models and model components'.

The draft includes an implicit paradigm for enacting model components etc. that are in conformance with ENV 40003, and in this sense EMEIS is specific to and builds upon previous European work. There is no direct international equivalent although informal liaisons are maintained with related work in OMG and the Workflow Management Coalition.

Intended audience: those who are concerned with constructing enterprise models and environment for deploying these operationally.
